Service Staff Pricing Menu:
Chef Services: $350.00 per day (8 hour shift) or $50.00 dollars an hour, plus gratuity*
Bartenders: $120.00 per day (6 hour shift), or $25.00 per hour, plus gratuity*
Floor Manager: $250.00 per day (8 hour shift) or $35.00 per hour, plus gratuity*
Van Driver/Delivery Service: $35.00 (Bronx), $50.00 for (Outer boroughs)
Wait Staff: $100.00 per day (6 hour shift), or $20.00 per hour, plus gratuity*
Dishwasher: $60.00 per day (5-hour shift) or $15.00 per hour, plus gratuity*
Gratuity: 18.5% (most services include set-up, serving and breakdown)
* Other Services Include: Certified Culinary Arts Instruction (Cooking Classes for
Individual and group setting), Consultation for Food Services Operation, Kitchen
design, Ordering party rentals supplies and Personal Chef Placement.
Personal and/or Private chefs start @ $475 per week (15 meals) plus the cost of food.
